Bindu Session#1

"A grudge is like a sword you hold against yourself, waiting for the perfect moment to strike—but somehow, that moment never comes."
Grudges—silent but powerful—can lurk within us, festering like a wound that refuses to heal. The desire for revenge, sweet and seductive, offers the illusion of justice. But in reality, it holds us captive, binding us to the very pain we long to escape. This is the story of Bindu, a woman who had allowed grudges and resentment to consume her soul. She came to me, not just seeking clarity but desperately searching for freedom.
Bindu was drowning in a sea of anger, bitterness, and vengeance. She harboured deep resentment towards anyone who had ever wronged her, no matter how slight the offence. She spent endless nights plotting revenges, crafting intricate webs of ‘justified’ retribution. Her heart had closed off, like a clam shell, joyless and dour. Bindu's relationships deteriorated; she no longer trusted anyone, and suspicion coloured every interaction. She wanted to let go but found herself incapable of doing so. The weight of her grudges was suffocating her, and she couldn’t understand why.
She wanted answers, and she needed them desperately. That’s where past life regression therapy came into play. And, as we later discovered, Bindu's vindictive streak ran far deeper than just her current life.
Bindu’s life had become a labyrinth of grudges and bitterness. At 43, she was a master of resentment, skilfully weaving it into the fabric of her daily existence. Each thread was a memory of wrongs done to her. Bindu’s story isn’t just a tale of vengeance; it’s a powerful narrative about the journey toward freedom and self-discovery through past life regression therapy.
Bindu arrived for her session with a heavy heart, seeking clarity amidst the chaos that her life had become. She was desperate not just for answers, but for liberation from the shackles of anger that had held her captive for far too long.
The Weight of Resentment
Grudges consumed Bindu’s soul, turning her into a shadow of her former self. She believed she deserved justice but found herself grappling with the reality that it may never come. This dissonance created a relentless inner conflict, keeping her anchored to her past grievances. Caught in a cycle of rumination, she endlessly replayed her injustices, plotting revenge. Each replay only intensified her desire for retribution, yet she remained empty and unfulfilled.
Emotional Isolation:
Bindu had built emotional walls so high that no one could penetrate them. Friends became enemies, and trust was a currency she refused to trade. Every relationship she had deteriorated, leaving her lonely and suspicious.
Persistent Anger:
Her nights were filled with thoughts of revenge, crafting intricate plans to ‘right’ the wrongs done to her. Each plan was like a poison, deepening her bitterness.
Unhealed Trauma:
Bindu had a history of trauma: emotionally abusive relationships and incidents of sexual abuse from her teenage years. These experiences had twisted her perception of the world and the people in it.
Past Life Regression: A Deep Dive
As Bindu lay comfortably, I guided her into a deep relaxation state. Together, we navigated her current life’s painful memories. Each recollection felt like a knot tightening the chain of resentment around her heart.
Bindu recalled an emotionally abusive partner who belittled her at every opportunity. The constant criticism, humiliation, and manipulation left her seething with bitterness. Her mind clung to these memories, replaying them over and over, unable to release the anger.
The sessions revealed further layers of trauma. As a teenager, Bindu had suffered sexual abuse. The betrayal by people she trusted only deepened her desire for revenge, stoking the fire of resentment that had been smouldering for years. The roots of her pain were long and deep.
She recalled incidents of being molested by preying strangers and the familiar face of her uncle. These memories formed the bedrock of the distrust that plagued her in adulthood. Her trust in others was fractured at an early age, and her resentment had only grown with time.
The Unfolding of Past Lives
And then, we took a leap into her past lives. Bindu’s past life regression unearthed lifetimes of betrayal and hurt, repeating themselves like a cruel echo:
In her first past life, Bindu was a valiant warrior, betrayed by her closest allies. Left for dead on the battlefield, her last thoughts were of vengeance. This thirst for retribution transcended time and clung to her soul.
In another lifetime, she lived as a man whose heart was shattered when his lover abandoned him. Consumed by jealousy and hatred, he devoted his life to destroying the new couple, mirroring the bitterness Bindu felt in her current life.
As Bindu recounted these experiences, her voice trembled. “It’s like I’ve carried this burden through every life, never finding peace. I keep searching for justice, but all I feel is emptiness,” she said.
The Journey Towards Healing - Breaking the Cycle
Through our therapy sessions, we devised steps to help Bindu release her emotional burdens and reclaim her life. Some of the key areas we focused on during the therapy were confronting the past, releasing grudges, letting go of control, embracing emotional healing and revisiting cognitive dissonance.
Outcomes and Transformation
The transformation was gradual but profound. After several sessions, spread out over three months Bindu reported a significant shift in her mindset:
Release of Anger: Bindu no longer felt the same intensity of anger and bitterness. She started to understand that her past experiences didn’t define her future.
Improved Relationships: As she let go of her grudges, her relationships improved. She began to trust again, allowing new connections to flourish.
A Sense of Peace: For the first time in years, Bindu felt a sense of calm wash over her. The weight of her grudges had lessened, and she could finally breathe again.
A New Beginning
Bindu’s journey is a testament to the power of past life regression therapy. By uncovering the roots of her grudges and embracing emotional healing, she found her way back to herself.
As Bindu left for the last time, she looked lighter, as if a heavy cloak of sorrow had been lifted. “I can’t believe I’ve let this go,” she said, a smile breaking through her once sombre expression. “I feel free.”
In the end, it’s not about revenge or justice; it’s about reclaiming your peace and letting go of the burdens that weigh you down. Bindu’s story is one of transformation, proving that even the deepest wounds can heal with the right guidance and support.
If you find yourself in a similar struggle, remember: the path to healing may require delving into the shadows of your past, but the light on the other side is well worth the journey. Let go of your grudges, and you might just find the freedom you’ve been searching for all along.
