The services provided on this platform are not professional advice nor a substitution for professional, financial, medical, legal, business or psychological opinion and guidance. They are not a substitute for seeking advice from qualified professionals in those fields. ​
   PLR and Life Coaching are complementary practices, not replacements for licensed therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. Sessions are supportive, not predictive or diagnostic.
    

2. Subjective Interpretation: Tarot / Oracle card readings are based on subjective interpretations of the cards and their symbolism. The accuracy and relevance of the readings may vary depending on individual perceptions and beliefs.
   Outcomes of PLR sessions vary from person to person—no specific results are guaranteed.
    

3. No Guarantees or Refunds: The insights offered by the readings should be taken as suggestions and considerations, rather than definitive predictions. The service does not guarantee any form of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided in the tarot / oracle card readings. Fees are non-refundable. 
    

4. Personal Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their decisions and actions based on the tarot / oracle card readings. We will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of the readings.
   Clients are responsible for their own choices and interpretation of PLR and Life Coaching session insights. Please use your own Common Sense and Judgment at all times. 
    

5. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. 
    

6. Changes and Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
    

7. Legal Jurisdiction: Psychic readings are not legally binding.  Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your psychic reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by Soulpathy. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. 
    

8. Limited Liability: The extent of liability incurred by the service is capped to the amount of fees services received.
    

9. Age Restrictions: The service is intended for individuals over the age of 18. Minors should not access or use this service without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By accepting this reading, you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.
