​Payment Policy​

All live calls, email readings and physical readings will not be completed until payment has been made via secure e-payment at RazorPay / UPI/ Bank transfer.
Policy on lateness, cancellation, and no-shows:

24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule readings. If you do not give us this advance notice, the payment will be forfeited. Only one booking amendment is allowed per booking, so please book/amend session dates responsibly.

Latecomers for live call or in-person session will be given a 10-minute buffer time, after which the session will be cancelled and the payment will be forfeited. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows so please book/amend session dates responsibly.

We do not offer refunds for our services, for any reason.
Services Agreement:

You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods”. You are not paying us for a product, but for our knowledge, experience, insights, and time.

For email readings, delivery of readings will normally be received within 3 working days after payment has been received.
