Session Rescheduling & Attendance Policy

This policy applies after Soulpathy and the client have mutually confirmed a session date and time.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to request a different session time. One date or time change may be accommodated for each confirmed session, subject to availability.

Lateness

A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed. If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the originally agreed time. If you are more than 10 minutes late and no prior arrangement has been made, the session may be treated as cancelled and a new appointment will need to be arranged.

Non attendance

If you do not attend a confirmed session and have not contacted Soulpathy, the session will be treated as a no-show. A new appointment will need to be requested and confirmed separately.

Technical difficulties

For an online session, please check your internet connection, device, camera or audio and privacy before the agreed time. If a significant technical problem prevents the session from proceeding, Soulpathy and the client may agree a new time, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Exceptional circumstances

Genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered individually. Soulpathy may also need to change a session because of illness, emergency or circumstances outside reasonable control and will contact you as soon as possible.

Contact

To request a change or report a delay, use the contact details provided in your session communication or email contact@soulpathy.com.
