1. Terms of Service

By utilising the services of Soulpathy, you automatically agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions in this document, which limit and govern our relationship with you. You agree to use any Psychic readings and Life Coaching provided by Soulpathy for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Amendment of Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time without prior notice.

3. Code of Ethics

By utilising the services of Soulpathy, you are agreeing to the following:
The purpose of Soulpathy readings is to give our clients positive direction and guidance, to help them to find practical and empowering courses of action. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that we are the right choice for you before ordering.
Psychic readings do not predict the exact future. They simply show the most probable outcome based on the current energies of the moment. This probable outcome is influenced by the current behaviour and attitude of not just you, but also those involved in the specific issue.
Readings are not meant to take the place of professional advice. Soulpathy will not give out financial, legal, psychological, medical or business advice.
Soulpathy will interpret the cards to the best of their ability and will conduct the reading with honesty and openness.
A Psychic reading is not absolute and is subject to interpretation. Soulpathy will offer advice, but will not interfere with the free will of the individual. Any decisions made by you as a result of a reading are your sole responsibility.
As a general rule, if you request more than two readings on the same question within a month, we reserve the right not to do further readings until a little more time has passed.
Soulpathy will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist us in meeting customers needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our services.
Soulpathy will not give advice in areas for which they are not qualified. If the client needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other professional service for which our consultant is not qualified, we will encourage them to seek such service from someone who is qualified in that area.
The intention when doing a reading is to serve the best interest of the client and all concerned without causing harm or wishing to deceive anyone.
By utilising the services of Soulpathy, you agree to accept full responsibility that you are solely in charge of your own life journey, life choices, and transformation, and agree to take complete responsibility for your own health and well-being, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitudes, choices, and lifestyle.
A reading works two-ways. Please do not attempt to hold back information to check the accuracy of the cards. The more information you provide, the better we are able to pinpoint the root of the issue. This results in greater depth and insight from the reading.
Clients understand and agree that for healing to take place, several sessions may often be necessary to support the healing process. While it is possible that only one healing session can make a difference, most long-term blockages were not created overnight and would require multiple sessions to facilitate the healing process.
Soulpathy will never refuse a reading on the grounds of race, skin colour, religious beliefs, physical disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Any feedback and suggestion that is offered and/or recommended by Soulpathy, does not come with any guarantees for effectiveness and/or success.
Soulpathy is not liable for the results of decisions, actions, life choices, or changes that are made based on the provided guidance and feedback received as part of the healing session.

4. Terms and Conditions

By utilising the services of Soulpathy, you are agreeing to the following:
The content presented is for the purpose of providing information and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Due to the practitioners’ other commitments, a client who arrives late accepts that their session may be shortened according to the time of delay caused by their late arrival. The full cost of the session will still be payable by the client.
Soulpathy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of any coupon codes, offers and discounts at any time, and discontinue or cancel any coupon codes previously issued without prior notice.
Soulpathy does not diagnose medical conditions, nor prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Soulpathy sessions are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Only licensed medical professionals are deemed qualified to make any diagnosis or give treatment recommendations. All information provided is not intended for the purposes of self-treatment and self-diagnosis. Soulpathy strongly recommends that you see a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have, and to always consult a doctor before making any changes to your existing medical care.
Conversations between Soulpathy and the clients are strictly confidential and Soulpathy will never share them with a third-party unless we believe the welfare or life of you or another is at risk. Please refer to our Privacy Policy
Soulpathy reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that they feel they cannot answer or one that goes against our code of ethics.

5. Liability

By utilising the services of Soulpathy, you automatically agree to hold Soulpathy harmless for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages that may arise from the use of our services and agree that we will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using our service which extends to the use of any of our sites, hyperlinks, and information shared. In the event of site failure, computer virus or interruption of availability to use our site for any reason, please note that Soulpathy is not liable for any damages, expenses or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the event.

6. Disclaimer

Soulpathy services do not include:

Solving crimes, picking lottery numbers, locating lost items or persons
Predicting death dates, predicting exact dates of events
Reading about pregnancy
Diagnosing illnesses or finding cures for illnesses
Invoke or Remove spells, hexes or curses.

Soulpathy is not a Medium and will not conduct readings in attempts to contact those in the afterlife or spiritual entities.
Soulpathy will not give readings to persons under the age of 18 without the consent of their parent or guardian.
You acknowledge that our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other health care service, nor any other professional advice which we are not qualified for.
You acknowledge that any and all predictions of the future are not guaranteed outcomes. The predictions are expressions of opinion only. The predictions are based on the current events and the outcome can be influenced by your decisions and choices you make by your free will from the moment the Psychic reading is delivered to you.
Soulpathy assumes no legal liability for any action/decision made by you as a result of your session. That remains the sole responsibility of the querent (you).

7. Payment Policy

All live calls, email readings and physical readings will not be completed until payment has been made via secure e-payment at RazorPay / UPI/ Bank transfer.

Policy on lateness, cancellation, and no-shows:

24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule readings. If you do not give us this advance notice, the payment will be forfeited. Only one booking amendment is allowed per booking, so please book/amend session dates responsibly.
Latecomers for live call or in-person session will be given a 10-minute buffer time, after which the session will be cancelled and the payment will be forfeited. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows so please book/amend session dates responsibly.
We do not offer refunds for our services, for any reason.

Services Agreement:

You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods”. You are not paying us for a product, but for our knowledge, experience, insights, and time.
For email readings, delivery of readings will normally be received within 3 working days after payment has been received.
