These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.soulpathy.com and your interactions with Soulpathy. By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Services
Soulpathy may provide Past Life Regression Therapy, Life Coaching, relationship coaching, Chakra Healing and Tarot or Oracle guidance, subject to suitability and availability. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that a session will be offered or confirmed.
Soulpathy may decline or discontinue a request that is outside professional scope, raises an ethical or safety concern, involves abusive conduct or cannot be accommodated.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to your enquiry, attending a confirmed session on time and arranging a private, safe and technically suitable environment for an online session. You remain responsible for how you interpret or act on any information or insight shared.
Professional limitations
Soulpathy does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice or another regulated professional service. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for those needs and should not stop, delay or alter prescribed care because of a Soulpathy session.
If Soulpathy believes that a request is beyond scope or that professional support may be appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek help from a qualified practitioner.
Nature of readings and complementary sessions
Tarot and Oracle readings are subjective interpretations for personal reflection. They do not provide certain predictions or guaranteed outcomes. Past Life Regression experiences may include personal imagery, memories, emotions or symbolic material and should not be treated as independently verified historical or medical fact. Coaching and complementary sessions do not guarantee a particular change or result.
Ethical boundaries
Soulpathy does not offer services for solving crimes, selecting lottery numbers, predicting death or exact event dates, diagnosing illness, prescribing cures, invoking or removing spells, hexes or curses, or contacting people who have died. Questions or requests that are harmful, unlawful, discriminatory or outside scope may be refused.
Age requirements
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. A request involving a minor will be considered only with the consent and appropriate involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Privacy and confidentiality
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Soulpathy Privacy Policy. Session communications are treated with discretion. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address a serious and immediate risk to a person’s safety.
Session changes attendance and technical issues
Requests to change a confirmed session and circumstances involving lateness, non-attendance or technical difficulties are handled under the Session Rescheduling and Attendance Policy published on this website.
Website content and acceptable use
Website and blog content is provided for general information and personal reflection. You may not copy, republish, sell, misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its content. Brief quotations and links may be shared with appropriate attribution where permitted by law.
