Kaizad Session#1

Kaizad, a client from Bombay, came to me at what was undoubtedly the lowest point of his life. His world had unravelled when he discovered that his wife was having an affair. It was the kind of devastating blow that leaves you breathless, unable to comprehend how the ground has shifted beneath your feet. As if that wasn't enough, after confronting her, she promised to end it. But Kaizad soon discovered that her promises were as hollow as his trust in her had become—she continued seeing her lover. The double betrayal was too much to bear. His emotions spiralled into a cocktail of anger, despair, and a sense of worthlessness.
The emotional turmoil didn't just stay locked in his mind; it manifested physically. Kaizad began to suffer from severe psoriasis, a condition that seemed to mirror the turmoil beneath his skin. His weight ballooned as he turned to food for comfort, trying to fill the emotional void with anything that offered even a fleeting sense of satisfaction. But, as with most temporary fixes, it did little to ease the gnawing pain inside him. He needed clarity. He needed answers. He needed a way forward.
When Kaizad approached me, he was a man searching for meaning in the chaos. Why had this happened to him? Was it his fault? Was there some cosmic score to settle—some karmic debt that had led to this?
As a past life regression therapist, I knew that sometimes the roots of our present struggles can be traced back to lifetimes long past. The soul's journey isn't confined to the here and now; it stretches across centuries, even millennia. Our actions, our regrets, our unresolved issues—they can follow us, manifesting in ways we don't always recognise.
Through regression therapy, Kaizad was able to explore the depths of his soul’s experiences. It was here that we discovered the source of his current pain. In a past life, Kaizad had been in a similar situation—betrayed by someone he trusted deeply. But in that life, he had reacted with vengeance, holding onto resentment so tightly that it poisoned his spirit. That unresolved anger had travelled with him, festering over lifetimes, until it manifested in his current life as psoriasis and weight gain. It was as if his soul was trying to remind him, “You need to let go.”
The breakthrough came when Kaizad realised that the affair wasn't a reflection of his worth. It wasn't about him; it was about his wife’s choices. And more importantly, the situation was a mirror held up to his soul, showing him the unresolved baggage he had carried for far too long.
Forgiveness became the central theme of his healing. But not the superficial kind that we often give lip service to—this was deep, soul-level forgiveness. He had to start by forgiving himself. Forgiving himself for the anger he felt, for the self-hate, for the times he questioned his own value because of someone else's actions.
This was not a swift or easy process. Forgiveness, true forgiveness, is like peeling back layers of an onion—each layer revealing something deeper, something more painful. But as Kaizad worked through these layers, something incredible happened. The weight of that negative energy began to lift. He learned to forgive his wife—not to absolve her actions but to free himself from the prison of resentment. Forgiving her allowed him to release the pain, offering compassion and empathy where once there had been only bitterness.
Through the therapy, Kaizad recognised that his current struggles were not just a random twist of fate—they were the culmination of unresolved energies from past lives. By addressing them head-on, he was able to break free from the karmic loop that had trapped him for lifetimes.
As he forgave, he created space within himself for something new—something lighter. His psoriasis began to improve as if his skin could finally breathe again. The weight started to drop off, not because he was dieting or exercising more, but because he was no longer carrying the burden of his past. Kaizad had shifted to a higher vibration, one where positivity and happiness could finally flow freely into his life.
Kaizad’s journey is a testament to the power of past life regression therapy and the profound impact of forgiveness. By locating the source of his suffering and truly releasing it, he was able to transform his life on every level—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
If you're struggling with unresolved issues that seem to defy explanation, it might be time to look beyond the present and explore the depths of your soul's journey. Sometimes, the key to healing isn't in changing the present but in releasing the past.
